Primary Care
Care for common health issues, such as colds, back pain, headache and skin concerns. Patients can also receive follow-up care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Our doctors can refer you to a specialist when needed. If you already have a PAMF primary care doctor and need to complete an overdue test or receive a vaccine, you can do that in the Mobile Clinic.
Health Screenings
Mobile Clinic doctors can perform head-to-toe physical exams as well as age-appropriate screenings, including pap smears and prostate exams. You can be referred to a PAMF clinic near work or home for more complex screenings, such as a mammogram or colonoscopy.
Lab Tests and Results Counseling
Any standard lab test can be done in the Mobile Clinic. This includes tests for blood pressure, body mass index, cholesterol levels, diabetes, kidney function, liver function and thyroid function. We also offer pregnancy tests for women, and PSA tests for men at risk of prostate cancer. When your results are ready, we will schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss the findings.
Please contact your insurance carrier or human resources department if you have questions about coverage.
